- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
- Items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact
- Items reported within 7 days of delivery

- Custom or personalised orders
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Gift boxes once opened (unless defective)
