  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
  • Items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact
  • Items reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Gift boxes once opened (unless defective)
